Each master bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two queen sized beds - 1 Reserved Parking upon request $150 pet fee per pet, please confirm pets before booking!

Featuring three master bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and the third master has two queen beds. Both master bedrooms have views of AJAX (Aspen Mountain), closets, and TV's in each room. The downstairs has an open floor plan, a 65 inch HD Smart TV, a stove, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, full kitchen, a huge sky light! The private balcony is quiet and gets sun throughout the day...in the summer evenings its great spot to grill on the Webber Gas Grill and enjoy the views. There is a built in desk if you need to do any office work on your vacation as well as super strong WiFi Both bathrooms are located upstairs with ample storage throughout the unit There is (1) assigned parking spaces for this unit upon request. This Aspen townhouse sleeps up to eight guests but please NOTE: QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10P-7A AND WE DO NOT ALLOW GROUP GATHERINGS OR PARTIES. The total total square footage of the townhouse is 1,050sf.
